Cancellation Policy
How to cancel, what happens to your data, and your options.

1. Cancellation Overview
You can cancel your DRACPL ERP subscription at any time. The cancellation process and timing depend on the plan type you are subscribed to.

2. How to Cancel
Option 1 โ From Within the ERP (Recommended)
- Log in to your DRACPL ERP account.
- Go to Subscription โ My Subscription.
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
- Select your cancellation reason and confirm.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Option 2 โ By Email
Send an email to support@dracpl.com with:
- Subject: "Cancel Subscription โ [Registered Email]"
- Your registered email address
- Subscription number
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
We will confirm the cancellation within 1 working day and send you a data export link.
3. What Happens After Cancellation
Access
- You retain full read-only access to your data until the end of the paid period.
- After the period ends, your account enters a 30-day grace period (read-only, data export available).
- After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Data Export
Upon cancellation, you can export all your data including:
- All vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements (Excel/PDF)
- GST returns and filings
- Invoices and purchase records
- Client list and employee data
- Complete backup as ZIP archive
Important: Please export your data before your access expires. Once the 30-day grace period ends, data cannot be recovered.
4. Auto-Renewal
Monthly and rental plans auto-renew by default. You will receive a renewal reminder:
- 7 days before renewal โ email reminder with renewal amount
- 3 days before renewal โ final reminder
- 1 day before renewal โ last reminder
To disable auto-renewal, go to Subscription โ My Subscription โ Toggle Auto-Renewal at any time before the renewal date.
5. Reactivation
If you cancelled and wish to reactivate within the 30-day grace period, simply log in and subscribe to any plan. Your existing data will be fully restored.
After the grace period, reactivation requires a fresh subscription and data cannot be recovered.
