• Tax laws, GST rates, and compliance requirements change frequently. Users are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant government authority (GSTN, Income Tax Department, MCA, etc.).
• DRACPL updates the platform to reflect major regulatory changes, but there may be a delay between a regulatory change and a platform update.
• We strongly recommend subscribing to official notifications from GSTN, CBDT, and MCA for real-time updates.

3. No Liability for Filing Errors

DRACPL shall not be liable for:

• Any penalties, interest, or notice from GST authorities, Income Tax Department, or any other regulatory body arising from incorrect or late filings.
• Any financial loss resulting from reliance on reports or calculations generated by the platform without independent professional verification.
• Errors arising from incorrect data entry by users.
• Loss of data due to user error, browser issues, or force majeure events.

4. Third-Party Services

DRACPL integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), SMS gateways, email services, and government portals. DRACPL is not responsible for:

• Downtime or errors on third-party platforms.
• Changes to APIs by GSTN, Income Tax, MCA, or other government portals that may temporarily affect functionality.
• Privacy practices of third-party payment processors.

5. Availability

While we target 99.9% uptime, DRACPL ERP may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or due to factors outside our control including hosting provider outages, DDoS attacks, or natural disasters. We shall not be liable for losses arising from unavailability during such periods.
