Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using DRACPL ERP.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "Subscriber") and DRACPL Software Pvt Ltd ("DRACPL", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the DRACPL ERP platform available at dracpl.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using DRACPL ERP in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users including administrators, professionals (CAs, Advocates, CS), clients, dealers, and sales team members.
If you are accessing DRACPL on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
DRACPL ERP is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing:
- Accounting and bookkeeping (double-entry, ledgers, vouchers, financial statements)
- GST management (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, e-invoicing)
- Income Tax return filing support and TDS management
- Payroll processing (salary, PF, ESI, Form 16)
- Inventory and purchase management
- Invoicing for goods and professional services
- Transport and GTA invoice management
- Pharmacy retail billing and compliance
- Company law and MCA filing support
- Multi-user, multi-company access for professionals
DRACPL reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use DRACPL ERP, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, mobile number, and professional details.
Your Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- You must immediately notify DRACPL at support@dracpl.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
- You must not share your login credentials with others not authorised under your subscription plan.
- Each login session must correspond to an individual user โ concurrent logins using the same credentials are prohibited.
DRACPL will never ask for your password via email, phone or support ticket. If you receive such a request, please report it immediately.
4. Subscription & Payments
Plans and Pricing
DRACPL offers the following subscription plans: Free Trial (30 days), Monthly, Monthly Rental, Yearly Rental, Annual, and Lifetime. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, or other gateways as available.
- All subscription fees are payable in advance for the chosen period.
- Monthly and rental plans auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Lifetime plans are one-time payments and include all future updates and features.
- GST invoices are issued for all paid subscriptions as required under Indian tax law.
Free Trial
The 30-day free trial provides full access to all features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Price Changes
DRACPL reserves the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Permitted Use & Restrictions
Permitted Use
- Use the platform for lawful accounting, GST, compliance, and business management purposes.
- Access the platform from any device using your authorised credentials.
- Export your own data in supported formats (Excel, PDF).
Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use DRACPL for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law including IT Act 2000, GST laws, Income Tax Act, or Company Law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit DRACPL services without written permission.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised users beyond your plan's user limit.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures.
6. Data Ownership & Privacy
Your data belongs to you. DRACPL does not claim ownership of any business data, financial records, or information you enter into the platform.
- You retain full ownership of all data uploaded to or created within DRACPL ERP.
- DRACPL processes your data solely to provide the services you have subscribed to.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Data is stored on servers located in India. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.
- You may export or delete your data at any time through the platform's data management tools.
- Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, code, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, logos, documentation, and other materials comprising DRACPL ERP are the exclusive property of DRACPL Software Pvt Ltd and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for your own business purposes during the subscription period only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on DRACPL's intellectual property without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
DRACPL ERP is a tool to assist with accounting, GST and compliance. It is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified CA, Advocate, or tax professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- DRACPL provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- DRACPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- DRACPL's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- DRACPL is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on reports, calculations, or filings generated by the platform without professional verification.
- DRACPL does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access and shall not be liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
9. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@dracpl.com. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on subscription cancellation and data retention.
Termination by DRACPL
DRACPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms.
- Your subscription payment fails or is charged back.
- We receive a court order or legal direction to do so.
- We determine, in our sole discretion, that your use poses a risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You will receive a final data export opportunity within 7 days of termination notice.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Applicable GST, Income Tax, and Company laws of India
Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from these Terms or use of DRACPL ERP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at legal@dracpl.com. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. Changes to Terms
DRACPL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via:
- Email to the registered email address
- A notice displayed prominently in the ERP dashboard
- An update to the "Last updated" date on this page
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
